Summary:

Responsible for administering the social media marketing and advertising related functions for the property, Create, develop, and design the company's website, Facebook profile, Twitter profile, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, etc. Develop, maintain, coordinate, and execute marketing programs including but not limited to: player development, direct mail, promotions, special events, and resort club.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist other marketing coordinator with monitoring and posting to social media sites on a regular basis while maintaining a good overall company presence.
  • Knowledge and experience on business side of Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Google etc. Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
  • Assist in digital marketing/advertising through online listings and websites.
  • Assist with the creation of communications and marketing videos.
  • Serves as a point of contact for media inquiries.
  • Create and maintain a network of vendors for promotional events.
  • Maintain advertising buy within budget provided and report spend to finance team.
  • Assist in the building of concert seat maps as well as with execution of concerts/entertainment
  • Proficient in the use of technology and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, player activity, claim activity, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
  • Leads/assists in the development and implementation of casino promotions and special events.
  • Act as a guest liaison, handle guest issues and resolve situations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop and maintain promotions schedules, calendars, event mail, and ensure staffing for events.
  • Maintains internal communication of marketing programs through creation and distribution of summaries, information cards, marketing boards, and meetings.
  • Works closely with other marketing coordinators and graphic designers to ensure communication of open to all programing.
  • Write, submit, and follow-up on approvals for all IRGC submitted rules, when needed.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to schedule and prepare purchases for marketing programs.
  • Ensure events and promotions have appropriate décor and presentation to create an experience for guests.
  • Build promotions within Konami and MGT per approved IRGC rules and internal controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion including but not limited to customer files and habits, company procedures, data or marketing profiles.
  • Assists other marketing coordinators with entertainment and social media.
  • Represent the company by maintaining a professional atmosphere when creating relationships on property and off.

Required:

  • Requires flexible schedule and may be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

Starts at $18.50/hr & 40 hours of PTO on day 1
