Summary:
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a smooth running day to day table games section and expedites all associated paperwork. Supervisor I will be expected to supervise and deal according to staffing needs.
Essential Functions:
- Proficiently deal all games in pit
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Conducts the game per company policy
- Makes payoffs and handles other table action
- Controls speed of the game
- Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Generates all associated Pit Forms and paperwork for the Section (Fills, Credits, Player Tracking and Table Tracking)
- Maintains a direct line of communicate with the Managers
- Responsible for issuing reminder slips to Dealers when he/she commits a dealing fraction when supervising
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years experience in Table games.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability read and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Demonstrated ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations.
- Demonstrated ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
