Hotel Floor Checker




The Hotel Floor Checker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, and the proper process of maintaining rooms, maintaining a clean and organized facility, training employees, hiring and directing employees, tracking employee progress, knowing and maintaining safety requirements, and reporting and following up on maintenance issues.This role is a great opportunity for one aiming to advance within the hospitality industry.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest complaints appropriately.
  • Check rooms when Housekeeper is finished to ensure cleanliness.
  • Restock carts, linen closets, and other items necessary to perform Housekeeping responsibilities.
  • Report all incidents to Housekeeping Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Resolve problems quickly and accurately, while following directions thoroughly.
  • Perform functions under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Answer questions for guests regarding local area facilities and points of interest.
  • Work cohesively with a team to accomplish assigned duties


  • Prior housekeeper/housekeeping experience is required for this position.


Full-Time: 8:30a-4:30p, Sun 9a-5p, Days off vary


Starts at $17.25/hr & 40 hours of PTO
