Summary:

Responsible for administering on-boarding process to include maintaining Personnel Requisition forms, Job Vacancy forms, reviewing employment applications, pre-screening applicants, and making job offers. Conducts weekly processing and new hire orientation. Completes all HR reports on a monthly basis. Responsible for filing and maintaining all personnel and confidential employee files. Inventories and orders office supplies. Provides general clerical and administrative support for the HR Department.  Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the staffing requisition process to include internal and external job postings.
  • Creative sourcing for all positions to ensure appropriate applicant quality and quantity, to include writing and placement of media ads, internet advertising, and attendance at job fairs.
  • Screen applications and forward to appropriate hiring department.
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring decisions as needed.
  • Responsible for making all job offers to candidates.
  • Facilitate the new hire process, including working with managers and candidates to ensure timely completion of all new hire process steps.
  • Administer pre-employment drug screening.
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program.
  • Administering and tracking transfer requests, to ensure compliance with the company's transfer policies.
  • Manage interview and selection documentation to ensure the company is compliant with all applicable employment laws.
  • Conduct candidate reference checks as needed.
  • Create, monitor, and revise the new hire orientation program as needed to ensure it is meeting the needs of our new hires and the organization.
  • Conduct monthly reports and yearly badge renewals.
  • Perform clerical duties to create, maintain, update, and organize each employee’s files.
  • Responsible for filing and maintain all personnel and confidential employees files.
  • Assist with other HR duties as assigned.

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Exceptional guest service required to interact with external guests and all levels of employees internally.
  • Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with IRGC Commissions for this position.
  • Must pass property alcohol training.

Mon-Fri 9a-5p or 8a-4p
