Summary:
The Count Team Supervisor ensures that count procedures and IRGC rules and regulations are being followed. The Count Team Supervisor is responsible for accurately counting and recording the uncounted money, chips, and slot vouchers from the Table and Slot drops. They are responsible for the successful completion of the slot drop consisting of removing bill validator boxes from slot machines and transporting them to the count room to be counted.The Count Team Associate is responsible for accurately collecting, sorting, counting and recording the money, vouchers, coupon, chips, and any other monetary instrument from the casino and other outlets of the resort as required. This position requires a significant amount of repetitive processes each day from pulling funds from the slot floor to counting funds in the count room. The team works in a secure environment in which there is not an ability to freely enter and exit the counting room. The count team must maintain strict adherence to policies and procedures while performing their duties and work under constant video observation.
Essential Functions:
- •Must learn and strictly comply with all company policies and IRGC Rules and Regulations.
- •Ability to operate the computer equipment correctly to ensure accuracy in the reports that are given to Accounting and IRGC.
- •Must be able to stand/walk for up to twelve (12) consecutive hours.
- •Must be able to communicate clearly so that audio equipment can record verbalized information during the counting process.
- •Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment for extended periods of time.
- •Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- •Ability to maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, player activity, claim activity, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.

Monday and Friday 3a-2:30p. 8a-11a 3 days/week, every other weekend off
Salary:
Supervisor 17.50/hr; Associate 13.50/hr
