Summary:

Responsible for administering all data entry. Completes all HR reports on a monthly basis. Responsible for filing and maintaining all personnel and confidential employee files. Inventories and orders office supplies. Provides general clerical and administrative support for the HR Department.  Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for all of the day-to-day entering, including new hires, terminations, job transfers, pay changes. address changes, tax info, etc.
  • Facilitate the new hire process and paperwork, including working with managers and candidates to ensure timely completion of all new hire process steps.
  • Administer pre-employment drug screening.
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program.
  • Administering and tracking transfer requests, to ensure compliance with the company's transfer policies.
  • Assist with new hire orientation as needed to ensure it is meeting the needs of our new hires and the organization.
  • Complete weekly exit interviews and new hire follow-up interviews.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports and yearly badge renewals.
  • Perform clerical duties to create, maintain, update, and organize each employee’s files.
  • Responsible for filing and maintain all personnel and confidential employees files.
  • Assist with other HR duties as assigned.

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.  Two years work experience in Human Resources preferred.  Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office required.  Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.  Exceptional guest service required to interact with external guests and all levels of employees internally. Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with IRGC Commissions for this position.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday day shift, some weekends if necessary
