Total Taxes Paid to Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission in 2015
State of Iowa - $9,524,682 The gaming industry is the sole contributor to the Rebuild Iowa Infrastructure Fund, the Vision Iowa Fund, the Environment First Fund and the School Infrastructure Fund. More than one million dollars has been channeled into the Rebuild Iowa Infrastructure Fund through casino gaming taxes.
Scott County - $485,004 Scott County allocates all of the money they receive from Rhythm City Casino Resort® to capital improvement (one time projects). Currently they are working on a ten-year project to remodel the Court House and Bicentennial Building.
City of Davenport - $1,247,610 The City of Davenport receives over one million dollars per year from the Rhythm City Casino Resort®. Numerous city projects and purchases are completed from Rhythm City Casino Resort™ tax dollars.
Riverboat Development Authority - $2,034,951 RDA is a non-profit corporation that distributes a percentage of gaming revenues received from Rhythm City Casino Resort®. Funds are distributed to educational institutions, government and qualified non-profit organizations through a grant process.

Rhythm City Casino is a proud sponsor of RAGBRAI which concludes in Davenport this year. RAGBRAI is the Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa. Nearly 15,000 bike riders make their way across Iowa in this intense week-long journey that culminates with the bike riders dipping their tires in the Mississippi River at Credit Island, and then enjoying all that Davenport has to offer, including Street Fest and Rhythm City Casino.
Rhythm City Casino is proud to be a sponsor of the 3rd Annual Rotary Club of Davenport WingFest Presented by M.A. Ford. Proceeds from WingFest have provided grants totaling more then $25,000 to local organizations that provide basic human services, serve youth, and meet local community needs. Grant recipients have included: Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Valley, Camp Shalom, Community Health Care, Inc., Family Resources, Friendly House, Hand-in-Hand, Handicapped Development Center, Rick's House of Hope, Special Olympics Scott County, Salvation Army, Vera French and WQPT. Since 1984, New Kingdom Trailriders (NKT) has provided equine-assisted therapeutic programs for the educational and recreational benefit of physically, mentally, and emotionally disabled individuals in the Quad Cities.

ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
Rhythm City team members donated $250, to which Rhythm City Casino matched to make a total donation of $500 to help fight ALS.
Race for the Cure
Rhythm City team members manned a water station and helped the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure serve over 6500 runners with water during the race.
March for Babies
Rhythm City Casino volunteers helped the March of Dimes feed a thousand hungry walkers as the March of Dimes raised Thousands of Dollars to fight causes of premature birth at the March for Babies.
