The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the F&B department ensuring product and service quality, consistency, and employee development. This position is responsible for meeting all company and state health department rules and regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and performance of the Beverage staff on assigned shift.
  • Responsible for inventory control on assigned shift.
  • Assist with developing and managing the department budget. Maintain appropriate staffing levels on shift to meet business demands and guest expectations; while maintaining budget within provided guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional guest service for all external and internal customers.
  • Assist with the operation of the Beverage department, successful performance of employees, and a favorable guest experience.
  • Assist with managing, delegating duties, and the performance and development of department staff; inclusive of interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination of staff.
  • Manage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels.


  • 21 years of age.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • A.A. Degree; 1-2 years supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must pass property alcohol certification training.


4p-12a Fri + Sat, 9:30a-5:30p Sun, 6p-2a Mon + Tues


Starts at $20/hr + 40 hours PTO
