SummaryThis is a "hands-on" salaried position responsible for directing, leading and mentoring by example a crew of deep cleaning/maintenance team members performing numerous cleaning and preventative maintenance duties. This person will inspect all work areas and provide feedback and guidance ensuring the entire facility meets our stringent standards and expectations. Work closely with the Hotel Director assisting in training, scheduling, assigning duties, providing input for performance evaluations, and making recommendations for increased productivity and efficiency. Providing and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests, and staff is critical. General daily duties include: deep cleaning Hotel rooms, offices, and all other specified areas, as well as keeping track of inventory and supplies, and participating in recycling and garbage programs. Ultimate responsibility is to ensure the customer is impressed with the ongoing cleanliness of our facility, and has an exceptional experience during their time in our facility.
